Made to order

Every print is made to order after you buy it (open editions).

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Because each print is produced specifically for your order, change-of-mind cancellations and returns are not accepted once the order is placed. This does not affect your rights if a print arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered (see below).

Damaged or wrong item

If your print arrives damaged or is not what you ordered:

1. Contact me within 14 days of delivery.
2. Send photos of the print and the packaging.
3. After I check the photos, you choose: a free replacement or a full refund. I cover all shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe within 14 days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Other problems

Please contact me before sending anything back. Returns sent without agreement may not be accepted.
